Is designed and produced by the company’s R&D department to meet the needs of modern gas turbomachinery. It has been installed and is operational in various locations, including gas transmission lines across the country.
The MCR20KW rack includes two high-frequency switching battery chargers, the CR10KW model, with a total power of 20 kW, a central monitoring device, the MCM80KW model, and the MCM80KW I/O communication module.

CR10KW High-Frequency Switching Battery Charger
The CR10KW model battery charger is designed for 19-inch racks, offering a maximum output power of 10 kW and a maximum output voltage of 500V. It is suitable for charging various types of batteries, including lead-acid, nickel-cadmium, and lithium-ion batteries.
The charger consists of a rectifier, digital controller, three-phase input communication port, and DC output. Each CR10KW charger can produce voltages of 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 440V, and 500V, with an output power of up to 10 kW.
The MCR20KW battery charger rack is specifically designed for the CR10KW battery chargers. It houses two CR10KW chargers, a 5-inch MCM80KW central monitoring device, and the MCM80KW I/O communication module for hardware communication with other devices in the environment.

Central Control and Monitoring Panel MCM80KW
Each of the battery charger modules is connected to the central management panel via network communication and is fully controllable. The central control panel, through network communication, not only controls and monitors the battery chargers but also connects to the I/O Module device. The MCM80KW panel uses two communication channels, ensuring enhanced communication reliability between devices.

MCM80KW I/O Communication Module
The MCM80KW I/O Communication Module connects with a central MCM80KW control panel. Control signals include deactivating the boost charge mode, output signals for low voltage, high voltage, and high temperature alerts for battery charger modules. The module also supports up to four temperature sensors, each programmable and manageable, with the ability to enable or disable the battery temperature parameters in the charging algorithm.
